Received a package (mesh placemat) from above noted address the I did not order. Googled the address which indicated it was an Amazon warehouse, however when reaching out to Amazon, the order was not from Amazon. What do I do with this order and why did I receive?

package on amazon.com, the earbuds are $7.98, and the nanomist sprayer is $6.09? How is that anywhere near the $62.00 I spent on a "Super Giant Electronic Mystery Box"? When I tried to contact the seller online, i.e. through my confirmation email, I get no response and if I do get a response it usually is sorry that's on someone else. Meanwhile, I get screwed out of my money and the items I supposedly bought? How do I get a refund?
