In the bathrooms, there are no individual sinks, and multiple employees can stand right next to one another without keeping distance. During staff meetings, due to the noise, employees stand close to one another while also removing facemasks to eat a snack or drink a beverage. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)(a) 4. The employer is not following current state policy that people traveling from out of state quarantine before coming on to the property. Out of state customers are allowed to visit the facility without quarantine first and are leaving employees subject to being exposed. T8 3203(a)(4) & (6) 5.
