her exposure by management. The employee only found out of the positive cases through word of mouth from her co-workers. 1. The employer did not give notice to employees on their exposure to a COVID-19 positive case in the workplace. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(3). § 3205.1. Multiple COVID-19 Infections and COVID-19 Outbreaks. 2. The employer did not offer testing to employees after having 4 positive cases at the store location within a 14 day period. Ref T8CCR 3205.1(b). 3. The employer did not ensure to remove exposed employees from the workplace until the return to work criteria of subsection 3205 (c)(10) and (c)(11) have been met. Ref T8CCR 3205.1(c). 4. The employer did not ensure to conduct a work-place investigation to determine any workplace factors that contributed to the possible COVID-19 outbreak. Ref T8CCR 3205.1(d).
