at all times. 4. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(C) - Employer not cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and only cleans and disinfects if there is positive COVID-19 test, and then only in that particular workstation. 5. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(10)(B) - Employer mandates employees who indicate exposure outside of work and are tested and waiting for test results to report for work until test results are received.
