Power outage in Cypress. The power went out just before 3 a.m. this morning, and came back just before 6 a.m. Southern California Edison’s current outage page confirmed that the power outage was due to “repair” so it was not scheduled.

The lights went out in Cypress shortly before 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15. According to Southern California Edison, about 3200 customers were affected. Edison located the problem in the residential area east of Forest Lawn Cemetery.
