I ordered two winter down jackets at the beginning of December & have never received them., I am so upset. I ordered the two jackets in good faith & now I find out it's a scam. I can't afford to lose the money I paid. They said the carrier was QLWL. I had no confirmation after I had paid for them. Is there anything I can do to get my money back please & will they be able to use any of my details in the future.I paid over £47 for them & now they are saying they were delivered on the 8th January. I have never received anything & as they were presents for my two autistic gr
