On 4th December 2023 they used up my £10 bundle overnight and despite toing and froing and wasting my valuable time they have failed to rectify it.
I have received no refund or likely explanation. Avoid Lycamobile. They are rip offs.

I ordered some clothes off a website that was selling Pretty Little Things close at 75% off I made my order in January and still have no good the website sent me the tracking details but it was not delivered even when show delivered I want my money back or my goods

I placed 7 orders in November for Christmas gifts, I didn't receive any of them, I didn't have any response and the page was closed. Absurd, the tracking number information as delivered, but I didn't receive it and I have nowhere to ask for a refund.
