I ordered a dress from HK AIBIYIN on 7th April, have not received confirmation or the dress as. Yet. Money has been deducted from my account.Order not confirmed on line but money deducted and have not received order.

I have had the same problem. Money deducted but no confirmation of order. Seems like a scam.

same here - money paid through paypal, thankfully. Nothing received, no confirmation of order.
try emailing ppcustomer@pegroupinfo.com I found this email on the order through paypal, I got a confirmation email saying I would get a full refund.

Me too. 2 months and numerous emals later no refund. They also quit responding.
I ordered 3 items of clothing, and have not received them. The company took full payment for them, how do i get my money back
Got scammed by the same company. I should have known better after being scammed before by a Facebook advertisement 😭

Me too.. they took money no items delivered.. they have answered my emails thou.. they said that it has been delivered.. when challenged and askedfor a refund..they said ok but not the delivery cost £10.99.. im still battling this why woukd i pay delivery cost for a delivery i havent had!!.. im not confident in getting refunded.
I ordered tops that were never received. They sent me a tracking number but I could only get into that if I paid a fee. Emailed them through PayPal again & was told my items had been delivered. Contacted PayPal & got a full refund. SCAM company
