During this activity, there was a sharing among employees, where snacks were offered, promoting that employees had to remove the mask without physical distancing to ingest them. 3. In addition, in this activity, an employee who should be quarantined was present, waiting for the results of her test, after the employee was in direct contact with COVID-19 positive patient. After the meeting, the employee was notified that her test was positive, and she was still allowed access to the workspace to deliver documents. Manager and other office employees, do not use the mask or use it on the chin.
