I saw the advertisement on Facebook and it guided me to their website. They have sent me the order receiving email and shipped notification email with the tracking numbers but those numbers are not detected. I have not received the product after 2 weeks as they stated... See More to ship within 5 days after they received the order. I doubted if they scam then their address in the footer was fake, and the social icons were just linked to the Shopify content. I doubted if they were scams, then their address in the footer was fake, the social icons were just linked to the Shopify contents, and the FAQ page wrote in German. I searched Facebook with their name Eilisra, then there was a group page with the same logo, but it seemed somewhat scammers page. facebook.com I sent the inquiry about my product shipping to customer support, and they said the excuse was that the product would take 15 to 20 days. Moreover, I told them in the inquiry email that I could not find the tracking numbers, though they still sent the same numbers. See Less
