I purchased an Apple I-Pad on a qvc site on Facebook Reels. It was live but a scam. No copy of invoice was sent to my email address, no Tracking Info but they took my money. Do not deal with this company. They are not affiliated with QVC. There is no way to reach them.

I ordered a Christmas Tree that's supposed to have money in it or some sort. They said it will take 7-15 business day but, I haven't received anything. They gave me a tracking number, which is not good. How can I get my money back?
