I ordered a Christmas Tree that's supposed to have money in it or some sort. They said it will take 7-15 business day but, I haven't received anything. They gave me a tracking number, which is not good. How can I get my money back?

If you paid for it with a debit or credit card, you can dispute it as fraudulent.

I got scammed by them as well ... Bought a radio/cd player back on Dec 19th .... Still haven't received it ... Just reported it to my bank. Hopefully they will credit the money back ...
I bought online 12in1 grinder kit on dec 12 2023 til today I am told is on transit by air don't know how can Facebook allowed such a scammer to spoil there name they should be arrested by Facebook company no one will trust Facebook online shopping at all
