USA and I am in Canada. The total of order was $38.19 USD ,$50.48 CAD. I used Visa for the purchase. I will be calling CIBC to try to put a stop on the purchase.

Found out this is a scam.

I ordered a pair of KEEN outdoor shoes from KEENonline.store on Facebook at a huge discount. This was a site in the US but I quickly got a Canada Post shipping number that was legitimate. I could use it to track the progress of the shipment. The … See More
shoes never arrived. Instead, I received a pair of earrings sent from 70 Gibson Drive, unit 7, in Markham Ont. I tried contacting KEENonline but the link they provided does not work and there is no phone number.

I ordered ice maker on 29th March, my bank account was debited more than the advertised amount as it was quoted as AU$ but in actuality the amount is in US$, I never received any email confirmation when it will be delivered up to now that it is already 19th May.

Such a scam! I ordered 20 items and free shipping, They took the money from my account and Never sent Anything🤨 Ohh and I paid for extra insurance … after almost 3 months my bank refunded my money and still not a word from the company!!!! Grrr soo frustrating
