They do not respond to emails and they are not helping me to return an item. Their website says that full refunds will be given provided the item is in original condition within 30 days. I would not recommend anyone to purchase items from this site.

Started with flu-like symptoms: several days of phlegm, runny nose, and fever and then after a week an intense cough settled in for nearly three weeks. Green phlegm coming up from the lungs in the morning and so tired. We thought it was a really unusual flu so could be RSV.
