Paid 73.20 for clothes online prob 5mths ago and never received and can't seem to get a response from the company either...no items n no return of money

My worst experience with any online shopping. Dressgear, I was able to check my order and contact them. Now I get messages from some idiot called Banana and no direct link to my order? First delivery taken to the wrong address. Order resending... I bought a camera to see if anything is delivered via courier. What a sham. I paid for insurance as well
