I ordered a pair of KEEN outdoor shoes from KEENonline.store on Facebook at a huge discount. This was a site in the US but I quickly got a Canada Post shipping number that was legitimate. I could use it to track the progress of the shipment. The shoes never arrived. Instead, I received a pair of earrings sent from 70 Gibson Drive, unit 7, in Markham Ont. I tried contacting KEENonline but the link they provided does not work and there is no phone number.
