People not wearing a mask. Management staffis allowing employees who test positive for COVID-19 come into work. Employer is not alerting employees of positive cases in the facility, even to employees how have been exposed through close contact.

COVID-19 Protocols not followed Associate is working in the meat department and is still testing positive for Covid 19. I have also witnessed him around other associates not wearing a mask.
