COVID-19 Protocols not followed I observed 3 separate employees with mask violations. The first employee was sitting by a sign that said customers were required to wear masks. His mask wasn't covering his nose when I entered the store. When I left the store, his mask wasn't covering his nose or mouth. The second employee was stocking items and didn't appear to have a mask on at all. The third employee had his mask by his neck, then pulled it up when I approached the area and looked at him.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-22
