I experienced a scam. I ordered several articles of clothing. A month later, which is no surprise since it was coming from another country, I checked the tracking number and it says it was delivered. It was not and none of my neighbors have it either. I learned to do my research. I thought it was shein. Another older adult scammed.

In January 8, 2024 at approximately 9:56 I order 2 sets of food storage containers and my account was charged $58.48. I never received these items. I was unaware that I had the website saved with the receipt until taking a closer look today.

I bought an item on Vinted from a user called “nadineveketa” and it never arrived. I had been sent tracking info, but when I checked it, it wasn’t recognised. When I messaged the seller to ask for information, they either blocked me or deleted their account.

They are advertising items for sale on Vinted under pseudonyms, offering Royal Mail 2nd class postage only as delivery method - the tracking label appears minutes after purchase (6am) and the tracking number is not known. Vinted don’t release payment until buyer approves of purchase but beware!
