I ordered an item and received a different item (hat) - clearly a scam. This is the letter I received:Dear customers,
We sincerely apologize for this case. After our repeated checks, we are sorry to find that the consignor made the wrong batch due to hot sales, so you received the wrong item, we are really sorry, and we will claim compensation from the shipper.
In order to make up for your loss, please negotiate with our supplier, they promise to resend the correct item to you, but unfortunately, they request to return the item you received. In this case, could you please go to your local post office and inquire about the return fee? Our return address is: Room 2004, Building 5, Guangminggang Park, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China.
You can choose to get a full refund or ask us to resend you the correct item after the supplier receives the returned package, please provide a picture of the delivery paper and package when returning it or provide us with tracking information online (screenshot or picture) if you return the package.
After you send back the item and provide the above information, we will immediately arrange a full refund.
(You will need to pay for the return shipping of the package yourself)
Also, could you please check if this project works for you? If yes, please keep the order or send it to a friend who can use it, we can immediately provide you with a 45% refund of the total payment, which saves you the hassle of returning the item to us. If you have any different ideas, please tell us without taking further action, please believe that we can help you solve it in a short time.

I'm in Tigard
I got the same email and package.
SCAM. Check your bank statement. Call your visa card/bank, report it as fraud. They will investigate, reverse your charges. This is either "brushing" (look it up), or you ordered something that's actually fake, or maybe one of those phony "Amazon Pallets" which are PURE SCAMS!
