Scam from featured Ad on YouTube #onlinescam - Lambertagnes.com, New York City, NY, USA

New York, New York, United States

I am notifying you about a featured ad on YouTube that scammed me and others. I recently purchased a multifunctional Solar Anti-Mosquito Light from an ad featured on the platform YouTube. I believed the ad was genuine since it was on YouTube. However, despite ordering the product on 7/11/2023, I never received it. The tracking website they provided indicated that the package was delivered to a locked mail box, but there was no delivery that day or the days to follow. I checked my security cameras, and nothing was dropped off at my door either way. I contacted the email support@storehelpcenter.com, which is the only way I could contact them. told them I wanted a refund, but they refused to refund me. After several complaints, they refunded me $1.80, even though my full order cost $36. The name associated with the withdrawal on my checking account is RH *lambertagnes.com, which had a page at lambertagnes.com/ After Requesting a refund, I was no longer able to access that page because it basically no longer existed. On my confirmation order the site creer-site-web-paris.com was listed However, when I tried to visit that page to contact them AGAIN, it also no longer exists.

I have discovered numerous online reviews and information suggesting that this is a scam, where the package is falsely marked as delivered and the scammers cut off contact with customers seeking refunds. I want to report this scam to YouTube and the public, as the ad was featured on a platform I thought I could trust. Additionally, I will be reporting this to my bank, as the scammers now have my debit card information and have made unauthorized withdrawals from my account. I am extremely disappointed that YouTube allowed this ad on their platform and I will no longer be purchasing from YouTube in anyway. It was a nightmare trying to contact YouTube Despite being a paid member, it was nearly impossible to find a way to contact them directly. After days of searching, I discovered that the only way to basically reach them was through signing up for Twitter and tagging @youtube in my post, in hopes they read it. However, due to the small character limit on Twitter, I couldn't adequately explain what happened…. Instead, I posted 2 screenshots of my typed letter, notifying them that I had become victim to a scam from an ad on their platform. YouTube responded very quickly and requested a screenshot of the ad, but I didn't have one since I didn't think to take it at the time. As I was trying to add screenshots of other information, my Twitter account was suddenly locked for allegedly breaking the rules. But, It was a brand new account!!! I solely created it that day to contact YouTube, and with my only post tagged @youtube with 14 views I started wondering if YouTube reported me because they didn’t want that information out there. The scammers sent many confusing and misleading emails claiming that they couldn't refund money due to their loss of cargo. They even suggested that they could send another package, but they would need my signature, which I thought was very odd… then they said they could only give me 60% of a refund but only if I signed for the package before the package got there….which was very strange!! Another email said no refund, the next after that said ok to a full refund, (that was after I emailed them I knew they were scammers) but I will just have to wait six weeks or longer, for the refund….it was evident they had no intention of refunding me or sending an actual package. This ridiculous type game they play saying different things every time is just used to give them more time. I was Waiting for a package that would never arrive. It was frustrating, and I couldn't believe they thought I would fall for their trap. They blamed me for not finding the package, stating I must NOT be looking hard enough in the mailbox! They told me in multiple emails I need to go back and check the mailbox extra times a day until I find it. After that “suggestion” I knew that I was in trouble. From the unprofessional and inappropriate comments, to blaming me for not receiving the package…. The emails they sent me continued to get more bizarre and insulting. When I provided them with tracking information showing that the package was supposedly delivered to my mailbox, they suggested I check with my neighbors or search harder for it. It was ridiculous because the tracking clearly stated that it was delivered to the mailbox, which only the mailman can access. In ALL of the email exchanges, the scammers sent emails in the hours of the morning (3am my time), and partially in Chinese. I decided to research the name on my bank statements and the tracking website, which led me to discover numerous warnings about websites associated with the email address support@storehelpcenter.com. These websites were flagged as scams or problematic due to heavy discounts, commonly scammed items, poor website security, duplicate content, customer complaints, and previous scamming records. At this point, I no longer want a refund. I have already changed my debit card due to the scammers making unauthorized transactions. I am seeking suggestions on who else I can contact to take action against these scammers. This stress is something no one else should have to endure.
