Received a package I didn’t order? Should I just return to sender? I saw a charge on my account and need refund. I originally ordered 2 bottles then after I saw they charged me one amount 119.80 and then another for 150.80 I knew it was a scam. The invoices had no company name number or address. I reported the charges to my bank and also contacted the better business bureau. Once they contacted them they did refunded my amounts. Now this is the contact information my bank gave me about them: Digital Goods Shop Sports & Riding Stores San Jose CA Distribution Center 855-519-2316 Phone number on website is not real and will not go through.the number above does work and the person I spoke to was Lion on 4/4/ @ 1057 am. I explained the situation and how they are a scam and that I order one item which I noticed was a scam. Then I asked why I was charged for the 150.80 which I did not authorize . He said it was a subscription and I could cancel it anytime. I then said I didn't subscribe to anything and you had no right taking my money. I told him I reported him to the BBB and they would be hearing from them. He hung up the phone. Now mind you I had emailed them to cancel my order right after I did this because I realized it was a scam. 2 days later I received my original order refund 118.90 and then about a week later received the 154.80. I have cancelled that card and now have a different card and my bank is aware of them.
