I ordered a set of 3 suitcases which were advertised on Facebook. I oaid £20.00 sterling. After 3 weeks I contacted them they said to be patient. I have been very patient. I then recieved a fountain pen from this company I once again messages them they said the courier took the wrong container and sent it out by mistake. I have asked for my full refund or item I purchased I get email stating I need to let them raje 8.99 USD so I can keep pen. I did not order pen I either want my suitcase or a FULL REFUND of 20.00 sterling.I'm in North Shields, UK.
