On 2/17/2023 I ordered 2023 Kitchen Cabinets 2 of them totaling $55.78. I received a delivery confirmation stating they were delivered but I received toothbrushes. I contacted the seller and asked them to explained the error. Because I didn’t received the Kitchen Cabinets. I would also like for your company to investigate this as well. Order number 230218121****** and the tracking number AG27987****CN on 3/6/2023 that night I received an email from the seller and they will research what happened and reach back out to me. 3/13/2023 the seller contacted me and want me to return wrong item sent I oay for shipping it back and they will refund me total amount minus shipping the item back. I agreed with that offer and told them they will give ne the full refund plus remiburse ne for shipping the product back to them. That they sent in error. I'm sooooo upset with the way they are handling this problem. I really need help with this one will step in and reach out to the seller?
