A power outage was reported in San Rafael on Sunday night Dec. 24 after a tree along Vineyard Drive fell onto power lines knocking out power service in the immediate area of Vineyard Drive, Coleman Drive, and north into some parts of Terra Linda. According to PG&E, customers are sitll out of power in the area. The estimated time for restoration is 3:30 p.m.
