South Cecil Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States

An electrical service disruption was reported at South 58th and Cecil Street in Cobbs Creek after a transformer explosion. According to PECO's outage map, over 900 customers were affected by the outage. Power has been restored for some customers but, hundreds of customers remain without power in the area.
