An animal was blamed for knocking out power to about 700 customers in West Mansfield early Sunday morning. An animal apparently touched a pad mount switch on Plymouth Street. The power failure affected neighborhoods in West Mansfield including School, Elm, Oak, Otis and Gilbert streets.

The only thing I have ordered on line was from QVC, or the name on the add was QVC. It was for 2 rocking camp chairs, buy 2 and get 2 free, for $49.95. I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card company, and requested a replacement card, but I suspect this company knows more about credit card rules than the credit card company, or me. They must have to prove they shipped, other wise why spend the time and money to ship me a piece of junk!
