This morning’s rainfall left 394 PECO customers in Chester County without electricity as of 1:30 this afternoon. The bulk of the outages are in Kennett, West Whiteland, Willstown and Tredyffrin townships, according to PECO’s power outage website. Overall, 2,347 customers in the Philadelphia regions were without electricity.
