See More up the order. Really - nnnaaaa. There is a huge difference in weight between what I ordered and what I was sent. Then it was well send the product back AND THEN they'll refund me for my purchase and shipping costs THAT I WOULD occur the cost of. Exactly the same case with same wrong product delivered here in Ottawa, Canada. At first I thought there was a mistake but when shoppers confirmed that what I found in my mailbox was what they had, and now your situation; This is a SCAM company. I reached out to them but no response for now a week. Authorities MUST reign in. These bogus companies might be outsourcing citizen's information through bogus online companies with concocted reviews to legitimize themselves. I lost the money but our systems need to look beyond my lost money. Crooks can use this to get access to our national systems databases and financial institutions, to the worst ship their viruses across boarders. The fact that they used Chinapost and then handle over to Canadapost (for my case), only to deliver a stupid scarf, I don't take it lightly. We need to help each other to stop these cowards. How to handle the delivered material; Personally, I sanitized and burned the scarf. Others with capacity, do an analysis (SEM, FTIR, etc) to check what is this common cloth being shipped to Canada and US from same source!

I did too. When I finally heard back via email, it was a bunch of bs. I'm contacting my bank about the fraudulent charge and please report this to the BBB.(aka the Better Business Bureau.)
