As of 10:20 PM. nearly 2,170 customers were without power in East Palo Alto, according to PG&E. Power outages are affecting various parts of East Palo Alto, including the 1900 block of Tate Street, Scofield Avenue and the residential neighborhood bounded by West Bayshore Road. All of the Gardens neighborhood west of O'Connor Street are without power.
