Squirrels are being blamed for three morning power outages in Douglas and Chelan counties over the past two days.About 6:50 this morning a squirrel caused an outage for 1,064 customers in East Wenatchee along Sunset Highway. At 9:15 Tuesday morning a squirrel caused an outage for about 730 customers stretching from Mansfield to Bridgeport Bar. Also Monday morning at about 10:50 a squirrel caused an outage in the Plain area that affected 460 customers.
