According to Southern California Edison, a power outage impacted about 1,596 customers in Barstow in San Bernardino County on Tuesday afternoon, May 21. The affected area is near Las Amigas Drive. This is a maintenance outage to upgrade electric equipment. The estimated time for restoration is 3:00 p.m. PST. There is another outage in San Bernardino to upgrade a power pole. The affected area is near West Marshall Boulevard, about 752 customers are impacted. The estimated time for restoration is 2:30 p.m. PST. The outages are in effect while the crew performs upgrades.

Thought I was ordering clothes from JCPenney. Waited over one month and got a notice that it was delivered, but nothing has ever been received. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card. Whileer is offering 60% refund. That is also a scam as noted online when you look up JCP USA&CA
