My Aunt got it, did not realize was a scam- she drove all the way to DMV to follow it up, see if she had to pay. They confirmed is a scam. The url indicates it was a scam but not everyone notices these things (including my Aunt) - beware, so much of this type of stuff going on.

Criminal infestation to Native plant Life in all areas of our country. Maybe even Toxic to plants, pets n children ?!
Just recvd questionable seed packet from a business in GA.  Seems other folks across the country also getting this, not asked for.
