The Logansport Utilities’ electric department will be replacing a damaged pole starting at 8:30 a.m. Thursday May 25th, which will require a small scheduled power outage lasting up to four hours.
The areas affected include:
-George Street between 17th and 18th Streets on the south side of the road.
-Smead Street on between 17th and 18th Streets on the north side of the road.
-18th Street between George Street and Smead Street on both sides.

The Logansport Utilities’ electric department will be installing a new pole for the Erie Avenue reconstruction project on Saturday, April 22 that requires a small scheduled power outage for various businesses, traffic signals, and a few apartments in the area.
The new pole installation is happening at... See More the corner of Fifth Street and Erie Avenue. The project will begin at 6 a.m. and should be completed within 2 hours. Traffic signals will also be affected at Third, Fourth, and Fifth streets along Market Street. Stop signs will be in effect in those intersections. Any apartments in the area will be affected in the early morning two-hour outage, as well as the following businesses: People’s Winery, Hendrickson’s Auto Credit, State Theatre, Judy’s Good Life Emporium, Pear Tree Gallery, Mike Anderson Detail Shop, Iron Horse Museum, AM Young Agency, Ed Nason Insurance, The Gallery, Gallery Warehouse, Personal Finance Co., Farmer’s Fresh Market, Ameilo’s, J7J Auto Sales, Dance Moore Studio, 50 Shades of Beauty Salon, Comprehensive Counseling Center, The Avenue Bar, and Cervantes Construction.
