A vehicle accident in south Charlotte during the early hours of the morning caused a power outage for approximately 3,000 Duke Energy customers. The incident occurred at around 1 a.m. at the intersection of East Woodlawn Road and Park Road.

I did not order a package that I received from Heather Mottysy. There was 2 identical items in it that I think was some kind of arm or elbow brace but they were thin and cheaply made. The material even had a strong odor to them.
