About 174 customers are without power on Staten Island Tuesday due to several outages, according to Con Edison. The outages are affecting the Arden Heights and Village Greens neighborhoods of the borough. At one point, 209 customers were without power. The outages are expected to be resolved by 1:00 p.m.
