I ordered a dress and a hooded windbreaker jacket, costing £47, paid through PayPal, and with a tracker number. After waiting until it had travelled from USA to the UK, I awaited information of delivery. When I chased up the order I received a message saying its tracker number had been changed, and I should remain patient until it arrived!! I have repeatedly asked for updated information and still I receive standard reply saying be patient. I am beginning to feel like I have been scammed! What else can I do to reclaim costs or hurry along something from the sender?
