1-Employees have tested positive at the company sites and workers who worked with the positive employees were not informed of in order that quarantine, testing, and return to work protocols could be followed. 2-A employees who were close contacts to a positive person outside of work was allowed to continue coming to work and did not quarantine until test results were known, tested positive for COVID-19 and potentially exposed co-workers and customer to the virus. 3. Employer has not developed COVID-19 protective policies per CDC and OSHA guideline and communicated policies to all workers,Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 50
