1. Employees are not wearing mask at all times. 2. In the break area, APC'S, and Ucarts are stored. 3. In the restroom are lockers, trash can overflowing, restroom uncleaned, the building floor is dirty. 4. Where there are PO Boxes , there is a coffee maker, microwave, case of bottle water on floor. 5. Employees eating and drinking while working. 6. While clerks scanning and sorting parcels(packages) putting in wire cages and 1046, mail carriers are creating unsafe conditions in this area. 7. Employees standing/horse-playing in wire cages.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 50
