T8 CCR § 3205(c)(6)(A) - Employer does not mandate or manage physical distancing - specifically at copy machine area that is within 4 feet from a workstation, without a barrier. 4. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(7)(A) - Employer not requiring face coverings in close contact office setting. 5. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(C)(1) - Employer not cleaning and sanitizing properly the workplace. 6. T8 CCR § 3241(c) - Warehouse is unsafe as heavy objects stacked and "shoddy" shelves throughout the warehouse. 7. T8 CCR § 3668(a)(1) - Employer allows customers to get on forklifts and use to load their vehicles themselves.
