1. 1300 Beard Street, location. Employees have been required to work at the nursing facility even though they are shut down to visitors due to active COVID cases. They are being forced to be exposed to COVID in a medical facility without any training at the medical level to prevent exposure in this high risk environment, when there are opportunities to work at the local MDHHS office without the risk. 2.
