1. 5-8 employee exposed to current risk, in the past it was up to 15 people. 2. Over the past few months several employees have had positive COVID test with confirmation. 3. The company was reported to King County health department for not informing staff and discouraging staff testing. 4. Now another employee has tested positive. 5. On the 20th of Feb 2021 they were informed of the positive COVID test, as of the writing of this March 3rd 2021 the company still has not posted notice so staff could be tested. 6. When I found out through a third party (Facebook) I immediately contacted this employee, who sit next to me. They confirmed that they had COVID and had already told NWAM (Northwest Alarm Monitoring). 7. When seeking confirmation from a manger I was explicitly told that the company had not been informed, insulted me by calling me a hypochondriac, then threatened to terminate me. 8. At the end of the conversation I was further discouraged from getting a COVID test at a site no more than 6 blocks away. 9. I left work to get tested immediately after informing my other coworker who sits next to us. 10. Today my boss came to me and further chastised me for the event. 11. I've also been ordered to not talk about the event or any other problems I have at work or express any other grievance I might have. 12. I would bring this up with a HR personal but sadly this company does not seem to have one. 13. I've also been told that we have no recording of the call which is very odd since we handle U.L Fire and speak to P.D and F.D on an hourly basis. 14. My boss has made it clear that the matter is closed and I am on notice. 15.This meeting was conducted in the work office with no other mangers present only staff which also add to the hostile environment.
