1. Employees that drive forklifts have not had training. 2. Bathrooms in the warehouse are not being cleaned regularly. Toilets have overflowed and have not been cleaned up. 3. There are rats, mice, and raccoons found throughout the warehouse. 4. The employer has not taken the appropriate steps to protect employees from SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19 including but not limited to having employees wear facemasks and be able to social distance.
