the employer is not enforcing COVID-19 policies in the facility. Most employees and managers are not wearing face coverings and working in close proximately of each other. Employees share equipment which is not cleaned in between use. Numerous employees tested positive for COVID after attending a function (outside of work) and worked the entire week before finding out they were positive and the Employer is not following quarantine procedures and continues to allow employees to work in close proximity without face coverings or frequent cleaning.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-03-31
