1. FCI Estill employees are exposed to laceration hazards where metal and steel objects are pro­truding from unfinished floors located in rooms 301-331 of Unit CB. 2. FCI Estill employees are exposed to visible mold permeating throughout various facility buildings due to severe roof damage in the Education Building, Units AA, AB, BA, BB, CA, CB, DA, and DB. Also, the vents are filthy and have not been cleaned in decades. Also, employees are being forced to complete mold remediation work in recreation, Units AA, AB, BA, BB, CA, CB, DA, and DB without certification , PPE or training. 3. FCI Estill employees are being exposed to potential respiratory hazards where PPE supplies are being stored in a mold infested classroom in the Education building. There are puddles of water everywhere and the roof leaks 4. FCI Estill employees are subject to being trapped in rooms in build­ing CB due to bars being placed on the windows, a potential fire hazard. 5. FCI Estill employees are subject to possible fiberglass and asbestos exposure due to missing ceiling placards in Units AA, AB, BA,BB, CA, CB, DA, and DB. Also, employees have been ordered to complete the removal of toxic materials in Units DA and other buildings. 6. FCI Estill employees are being subject to possible illness due to a rat and roach infest­ation located in the Food Service Building due to an ineffective insect and rodent extermination program. 7. Management has directed staff throughout FCI Estill who have come into contact with or been in close prox­imity to individuals who show or have shown symptoms of COVID-19, to report to work and not be self-quarantined for 14 days per CDC guide­lines.
