Concerns include but are not limited to: Meadow crest: 1. * Worksite does not have a safety committee and no records exist for the safety committee as required by WAC 296-800-13020 2.* Health and safety protocols have not been clearly communicated or provided in writing to all employees prior returning to on-site work. 3.* Documented risk assessment is not provided and is readily available for review for employees working in this building. 4.* Employer has not provided appropriate PPE or training consistent with WAC 296-842 to employees who would be tasked with monitoring students isolated due to COVID-19 symptoms 5.* Worksite training is currently limited to a pre-recorded video, completed by self with no opportunity for questions or clarification. 6.* Employer has not identified or published information on isolation of students with COVID symptoms to employees and what happens to students who have symptoms. No clear plan for how the areas that where exposure has occurred with be cleaned and sanitized. 7.* Aside from employees mandated to work in the building at this time, the district encourages other employees to work in the building at will. There is no clear screening process, and there is no plan for managing this influx of employees moving in and out of the building throughout the day. Satori School: Currently there are approximately 14 staff members in the building experiencing these health and safety issues related to COVID in the building.
