COVID 19 exposure. There have been 17 employees with symptoms and possible positive results and have been out of work. We have not been informed or warned, by law the employer is obligated to inform employees in writing of such cases. The company has not sanitized exposed areas and we manufacture food products for the sale to the public. T8 CCR §3205(c)(3)(3). COVID-19 Prevention. Written COVID-19 Prevention Program. Investigating and responding to COVID-19 cases in the workplace. The employer failed to implement an effective COVID-19 Prevention Program, in that, the employer did not give notice of the potential COVID-19 exposure, within one business day, in a way that does not reveal any personal identifying information of the COVID-19 case, all exposed employees. T8 CCR §3205(c)(10)(B). COVID-19 Prevention. Written COVID-19 Prevention Program. Exclusion of COVID-19 cases. The purpose of this subsection is to limit transmission of COVID-19 in the workplace. The employer failed to implement an effective COVID-19 Prevention Program, in that, the employer did not exclude employees with COVID-19 exposure from the workplace for 14 days after the last known COVID-19 exposure. The employer failed to implement a written COVID-19 Prevention Program, in that, the employer did not keep a record of and track all COVID-19 cases with the employee's name, contact information, occupation, location where the employee worked, the date of the last day at the workplace, and the date of a positive COVID-19 and also did not make this available to employees, with personal identifying information removed. T8 CCR §3205(c)(8)(C)(1). COVID-19 Prevention. Written COVID-19 Prevention Program. Other engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment. The employer failed to implement an effective written COVID-19 Prevention Program, in that, the employer did not implement cleaning and disinfecting procedures by identifying and regularly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and objects, such as doorknobs, elevator buttons, equipment, tools, handrails, handles, controls, bathroom surfaces, or other exposed areas where employees frequent share or touch.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 100
