1. The employer does not follow CDC Guidelines regarding informing employees of potential exposure to COVID-19 by an employee suspected or confirmed of having COVID-19. Not informing employees of potential exposure to COVID-19 puts other employees at risk. Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 2. The employer does not follow CDC guidelines for increased cleaning and sanitizing of the facility after employee(s) have tested positive for COVID-19. Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 3. Employees in the facility are exposed to COVID-19. The employer requests employees who have tested positive, or who believe to have been exposed to COVID-19, to return to work without a 14-day period of self-quarantining as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 4. The employer does not enforce CDC Guidelines regarding wearing face masks. Employees are not wearing face masks in the establishment potentially exposing other employees to COVID-19. Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970

I recently purchased a walking pad via TikTok shop. In the past I’ve always received exactly what I’ve ordered. But not this time. Upon purchase, my checking account was charged $99 but yesterday to my surprise the only thing I received was a photograph of the item.

stop any further activity with this entity. I found a phone number for the company Subgenix Products in the bottle. 800-609-4174 and called it. The receptionist answered in a foreign language which sounded oriental and I also heard what sounded like Spanish. When I requested an English speaking person to assist, they hung up the phone. I called again with the same results.
