1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guideline for employees who test positive for COVID-19. An employee tested positive for COVID-19 and management did not identify and notify all individuals who were potentially exposed to the virus. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to shutting down the facility for deep cleaning and disinfecting after an employee tests positive for COVID-19. An employee was told to come back to work after a confirmed COVID-19 case and the employer had not cleaned and disinfected the workplace.
