1. The employer is not screening employees for COVID-19 related symptoms or doing temperature checks. 2. Groups of employees are continually being sent home to quarantine for COVID-19. Some employees come into work sick. They have been sent home by the employer once it is known that they are sick, but they have been allowed to return within 5-7 days, not 14 days, without a negative COVID-19 test or note from a doctor.
